Ownership
This website, its design, and its published content are owned and maintained by the Directorate of Information Technology, Government of Manipur, on behalf of the participating departments whose event records appear here.
Permitted use
Published event records, images, and text on this site may be viewed, shared, and reused for non-commercial, informational purposes, with credit to the Government of Manipur and the relevant department. This does not extend to using content in a way that misrepresents it, or to any commercial use, without prior written permission.
Accounts and departmental access
This site does not offer public self-registration. Departmental accounts (Operator, Admin, SuperAdmin) are issued directly by the Government of Manipur and are for recording and reviewing official event data only. Account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the accuracy of what they submit.
Hyperlinking policy
You may link to any publicly viewable page on this site without prior permission, provided the link does not portray this site or the Government of Manipur in a false, misleading, or derogatory context. Some pages link out to third-party sites (for example, YouTube or Vimeo for event videos); we are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites we link to.
No warranty
Content is published in good faith and kept as accurate and current as reasonably possible, but the Government of Manipur makes no warranty, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
